Code Section 22-6A-10(e).
Antero Resources Corporation, 1615 Wynkoop Street, Denver, CO 80202, is applying for a permit for a natural gas
horizontal well, Weekley West Unit 5H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 510783.67m, UTM NAD 83
Northing 4335622.15m in White Oak Creek Watershed, Pullman Quadrangle, Union District, Ritchie County, WV
which disturbs three acres or more of surface excluding pipelines, gathering lines and roads or utilizes more than
two hundred ten thousand gallons of water in any thirty day period. To convert the coordinates above into longitude

proposed permit application will cost $15.00, whether mailed or obtained at DEP headquarters.
